Effective date: 1 January 2025
Scope of work
The quotation specifies the panes, frames, and areas to be cleaned. Changes requested onsite may incur additional charges upon approval.
Access & safety
- Client must provide safe access to the property, including permission for rope access or use of ladders as applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse unsafe work at the supervisor’s discretion.
- For high-rise jobs, a method statement and rescue plan are reviewed with building management.
Scheduling & delays
Appointments are subject to weather. Heavy rain or high winds may cause rescheduling. We aim to notify you at least 2 hours in advance.
Payment
Residential: due upon completion. Commercial: 7–15 day credit as agreed. Late payments may attract 1.5% monthly interest.
Warranty
We offer a 48‑hour reclean for any missed spots reported within 2 days of service. Normal wear, etching, or manufacturing defects are excluded.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service causing the claim, except as prohibited by law.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the appointment. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 30% of the quote to cover crew costs.
Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of New Delhi.
